We review all contracts and perform an appraisal of each employees circumstances following registration of their details. Our Contract appraisal process ensures that we reduce any potential tax liabilities for the agency, particularly in respect of employment status, implied or otherwise.
We ensure that the terms of the 24 month and FTA rules are adhered to at all times. We believe we are one of only a few Compliant Umbrella Companies following these areas of legislation by the letter of the law, thus truly safeguarding your contractor’s tax status.

Employment Businesses Regulations (2003)
It is our intention that the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations (2003) would not apply to Go Management Limited and its respective consenting employees whilst working on assignment for clients of your agency (specifically Regulation 32 where a worker operates through an intermediary)
