Variable Incentive Program (Referral Rewards)

Agencies have very different views regarding referral rewards. Some will refuse any form of reward, whereas others expect to be rewarded for their efforts when highlighting our services to their clients. Therefore in order to keep everyone happy, we have implemented an agency referral program whereby those agencies or individual agency consultants that seek a form of commission for referring our services can be rewarded for their efforts.

How does it work?

Incentive points can be earned for each successful agency contractor referral. Incentive points can be turned into their cash equivalent at any time and are issued to the agency or individual agency consultant in the form of a multi-retail gift voucher that is accepted by over 85 leading high street names in around 18,000 outlets nationwide..

Points are issued at a cash equivalent amount of £100 per referral based on the following criteria:

1. The referred contractor signs up and completes a minimum 13 week term of assignment with our company.
2. Vouchers are redeemable on commencement of the 13th week of assignment.
3. For each contractor that signs up, a credit of 100 points will be allocated to your VIP account. You may redeem your points for vouchers at any time following completion of the initial contract qualifying period.
4. No other offers may be redeemed in conjunction with our agreement to process referral rewards (Applicable to both contractor and agency)
5. The details of the referral must be communicated to us via the appropriate online form before contact is made with the referred candidate.
6. Vouchers will only be issued to the referrer and not at the request of any individual whose application is considered for employment. It is therefore important that we receive the appropriate completed online form submission in the first instance in order to satisfy us of the legitimacy of the referral otherwise the referral may not be made.
7. Vouchers can be distributed to either a work or home address as required.
8. Referral statements are available upon request.

Alternatively, if your contractors have already expressed an interest in joining us you can point them directly to one of two online application forms to expedite the registration process. The first form is located here but the second form is one we would create specifically for you that would include your company branding if required and is available upon request.
