How does it work?
Incentive points will be earned for each successful contractor referral. Incentive points can be turned into their cash equivalent at any time and are issued to you in the form of a multi-retail gift voucher that is accepted by over 85 leading high street names in around 18,000 outlets nationwide.
* Points are issued at a cash equivalent amount of £100 per referral based on the following criteria:
- When the referred contractor signs up, no discounts or offers are redeemed against their service and they must complete a minimum 13 week term of assignment with our company.
- Points are redeemable on completion of the 13th paid week of assignment.
- For each contractor that signs up, a credit of 100 points will be allocated to your account. You may redeem your points for vouchers at any time following completion of the initial contract qualifying period.
- No other offers may be redeemed by either the referrer or the referral candidate in conjunction with our agreement to process referral rewards
- The details of the referral must be communicated to us via the appropriate online form before contact is made with the referred candidate and/or it is known that the candidates intention is to use our service.
- Vouchers will only be issued to the referrer and not at the request of any individual whose application is considered for employment. It is therefore important that we receive the appropriate completed online form submission in the first instance in order to satisfy us of the legitimacy of the referral otherwise the referral may not be made.
- Vouchers can be distributed to either a work or home address as required.
- Referral statements are available upon request.
