The changes in legislation following the 2007 Budget were targeted at Managed Serviced Companies. We do not operate in this capacity and have never operated in this capacity and therefore remain unaffected by the changes. All our contractors are employees of our company and therefore tax and class 1 NIC’s are paid at source. We do not pay our employees via dividends or loans and we do not operate any form of contentious scheme, so you can rest assured knowing that the new third party debt transfer liability of the Intermediaries legislation will not have any impact on our working relationship.
